HEMI Rotating Assembly Components, Features, & Benefits:

Molnar Technologies crankshafts are manufactured from 4340 forgings, machined on state of the art CNC machining centers, heat treated to increase tensile strength, shot peened to improve fatigue life, nitride treated to increase wear resistance and 100% magnaflux particle inspected to insure there are no imperfections. Molnar Technologies connecting rods are manufactured from 4340 billet steel, fully machined on state of the art CNC machining centers, heat treated to increase tensile strength, shot peened to improve fatigue life, 100% magnaflux particle inspected to insure there are no imperfections and finished machined to the tightest tolerances in the industry. Molnar Technologies rods may look like many other H-beam rods on the market but feature an exclusive beam design that puts mass only in the heaviest loaded part of the rod without adding extra weight. This results in one of the strongest rods on the market while still being one of the lightest rods available. These rods come standard with ARP rod bolts designed with a special thread profile to equally load the threads and reduce the possibility of breakage even in extreme conditions. Mahle Piston Company has provided one of the best piston designs on the market specifically designed for the late model HEMI engines. Valve reliefs are properly chamfered eliminating all thin and sharp edges of aluminum eliminating them from breaking off into engine under heat and stress. These pistons come standard with anodized Top ring grooves to prevent excessive wear and reduce piston ring friction allowing them to rotate as needed. A compact design with a special Grafal Coating ensures less wear, the ability to run tighter clearances, and resulting in quieter engines with less weight and more power.
